TUSCAN CHICKEN BREASTS
Ingredients
- +/- 600 grams of chicken breast fillets (4 Pieces)
- 4 teaspoon Tuscan Seasoning
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 Teaspoon of olive oil
Method
1) Coat chicken breast in spice seasoning and fry slowly in olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes
2) Then add chicken stock and simmer for 3 minutes.
3) Take chicken out and keep warm.
4) Reduce chicken stock till almost completely reduced then add cream and put chicken back in. Simmer for 3 more minutes or until cooked
Serve with Potatoes and steamed vegetables
