CHICKEN KORMA CURRY
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets (or substitute for beef or lamb!)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup passata
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
Preparation:
1) In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until soft.
2) Cut each chicken breast fillet into 4 pieces and add to frying pan and cook for about 3 / 4 minutes.
3) Season with salt, 2 tablespoons of the Spice Factory Korma Curry Spice.
4) Mix Stir in the passata, buttermilk and water.
5) Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
Make a Dip out of it!
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Korma Curry Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
