- Great on any meat or chicken. Rub it on to the meat and let it marinate for 20 minutes. Cook on BBQ or frying pan! Yummy!!
- Make a dip out of it!! You can use mayonnaise, natural yoghurt or some sour cream. Add some of the Jamaican BBQ Rub and mix through thoroughly.
