Brazilian Spice Rub With Steak
Ingredients
4 pieces of Steak approximate 900 grams
4 teaspoons of Spice Rub
Makes: 4 servings
1) Rub mixture onto steak. Wrap with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Grill meat to your likening.
2) Also great over roast potatoes as a seasoning
3) Stunning through breadcrumbs for schnitzels
Make a Dip out of it!
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Brazilian Rub and mix thoroughly.
