As with all the Melbourne Hot Sauce products, this one has lots of flavour. It's also got a great heat level for those who like it HOT!

Sauce has heat but not the flavour
Found that the sauce didn't have a great flavour, was hot though.
the Melbourne hot sauce bottles themselves are terrible - they have a stopper which severely limits how much you could pour out. getting the sauce out was a struggle. this annoyed me!
