Culley’s forte is clean hot sauces, and they have reached that mark here with their Brutality Hot Sauce. It’s a clean sauce because it’s essentially just chilli without other spices. This is a hot sauce, but I’m currently flavouring my food with reaper flakes, so it’s a breakfast sauce for me.

Brutality is a perfect blend of heat and flavour. Unlike a lot of sauces that put heat above taste and treat heat as a party trick, Brutality is actually enjoyable and adds to a meal. It goes well on most every dish where you want a bit more of an intense heat. Foods like pizza, chili, wings or curry all work perfectly and it can be used as a side dish like a mustard. Highly recommend this or one of the other milder sauces (you can build up to Brutality).

Fantastic sauce, has a good level of heat and the background flavour is well constructed. As far as hot sauces go it didn’t blow my socks off but sometimes being able to taste the flavour of your dish is good thing too ;)
