Despite the rating this isn't really a sauce with significant heat. It is, however, one with significant flavour. Tastes great on pretty much everything but really seems to do its best work on vegetables. A lot of hot sauces dont' pair well with veggies and are best left to meat dishes. Blair's Pure Death is an exception. The heat is mild (if you're used to hot sauces - will have a bit of a kick for a novice but is a nice step up without being overpowering) but the flavour really enhances the food you add it to, rather than overwhelming it. So nice I had to order a second bottle because I knew the first one wouldn't last longer than a week.
