USAGE: use in small doses! Spray onto food after you have cooked it, or use it in stir fries if you like.... however, with any chilli, when cooking it will create fumes that might make you sneeze, cough and teary eyed!
Please: first try a little bit before you add lots and lots as it is a strong, strong flavour!
It is hard to tell how much chilli your taste buds can handle so it is up to you to add more if needed or less off course!
I put it on everything I can I have a high spice tolerance due to eating chill since I was 5 I work in hospitality and this spray hits the spot it’s worth it. Definitely recommend.

It's stupidly hot lol. It's not for idiots like us. 1 spray in our mouth was instant and felt like our whole mouth wanted to fall off. We have had the paralizer and would rather do that again than this spray. GREAT WORK. LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS
