I love this

I've been ordering this for a few years now.

The perfect balance of flavours, not too spicy (the way I like it), and relatively low in sodium for a hot sauce (about 8x less than Siracha!), which is handy if you are trying to watch your salt intake.

In my top 5 sauces right now

This is also a favourite of mine. I have a bottle at home, a bottle at work and always have a spare in the cupboard. I use this on everything! Meat pies, beef, chicken, omelettes, lamb chops. Just yesterday I put about a tablespoon of it into the marinade for my home-made beef jerky. They better keep on making it!
